If this sounds like you then our new 12:15 pm group classes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday which start on April 8th will be perfect for you!
Our group strength training sessions are much different to your typical group training facility in the way that the sessions are capped at a maximum, of 6 people. This means our coaches can spend a lot more time with each member and tailor the exercises and intensity level a lot more to each client, no matter what your level of fitness or experience is.

Here's some of the questions we are frequently asked about training at FITA-U Performance Centre
I haven’t been to a Gym or been to a Personal Trainer for a long time; will I be able to do the sessions?
We cater for all levels of fitness and will always provide various options for each exercise (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Our personal training & group fitness sessions are structured in a way that allows you still get an awesome workout and be part of our community but not make feel like you don’t want to come back!
Do i need to be fit before getting started with Your Personal Trainers?
There is no minimum fitness or strength level to get started with our Personal Trainer. There is no requirement to be in shape, or have any idea what you are doing when you set foot into our studio. And you will never be made to feel inadequate for not being ‘fit’ or ‘in shape’ already - it is literally our job to help you achieve that & our supportive community of clients will encourage as well.
I have an injury/ medical condition; can I still do personal training?
During our initial consult we will go through our pre exercise screening with you. This will allow you to highlight any injuries or medical conditions you may have and we will be able to make regressions or alternatives to certain movements during the sessions.
What makes your sessions different to other group Personal training facilities?
We take time to plan out each and every session, making sure that they are all adaptable for different levels. Our class sizes are capped to ensure you are getting the right amount attention towards your technique and intensity level. We place a huge emphasis on mobility/flexibility to ensure you are able to get the maximum benefits from all exercise performed to and to reduce the chance of injury. Correct technique in our classes is a major focus and something we are very passionate about instilling into our members journey from the very start.
